Medina Healthcare

Horrendous experiences over the last few years. The receptionists are so rude. No level of care for patients. Maybe I'm missing something in the "health CARE" system. Such a shame that they've forgotten that people who need medical attention usually require compassion. Newport Isle of wight medina medical centre (Wooton is better), are horrendously lacking in humanity.

We were on holiday on the Isle and had to call the surgery for my 7 year old Daughter with an ear infection. The lady on reception was very kind and helpful and arranged a same day appointment for us. I couldn’t fault the receptionist or the doctor we saw.

Really rude lady on the phone I called today at 16.50, really upset me not helpful even told me I was costing the surgery a lot of money ! Not my fault the pharmacy2u didn't deliver my medication on time. The lady on the phone made me feel worthless she also told me how I should take my medication. Think as a family we will be moving to Carisbrooke surgery as they are caring and understanding. Its not the first time I've been spoken to like this by the same lady.

I have only had the usual exceptional service from this surgery. The doctors have always been polite. The surgery is warm and clean. The service is as efficient as any I've seen in a number of cities across Britain. I would recommend it ✨?✨

I would have given 0 stars, if it was possible. The GPs who work here, are the worst GPs I have ever been seen by. They do not listern, & they do not care, & will not help. They don’t care about there patients, & they can never make my visits a friendly one. They look like they hate their jobs, and not interested to prescribed medicine to their patients or refer me, when I have needed it, when other doctors have told me I have needed it. Disgusting service. Worst GPs.

I think this is the best doctors surgery coupled with wotton on the isle of wight. The doctors nurses and reception staff are absolutely brilliant . Their knowledge commitment and care for patients is out standing I'm so glad I'm one of their patients.

Not the best bunch always seem over stressed hurried tired too busy to care reception alway curt and do minimal job because they are too stressed I moved to Carisbrooke which is much better organise they seem to have more money and more resources at reception can't say about doctors they might be brilliant but they didn't help my family with a rare diagnosis I had to go elsewhere

Really appalled by the attitude of the GP's here. Felt like there was no care or understanding with how I was feeling. I'd advise going to a different one on the Island!
