Very poor service here. The main chap is friendly but also very busy chatting away about personal lives with his employees which slows the process down for all those customers. Was waiting over 20 minutes for a simple prescription because all employees were prioritizing personal chat over customers. The young person at reception does not follow up on waiting customers whilst those in the back can only be heard laughing and gossiping. It is clear that a lot of friends got jobs here and are making the most of their social time together. Only given an extra star because it is open till 7pm and has most things that you need.

Been trying to get through for the last 20minutes. And its just showing up busy every single time and second. Its ridiculous.

Nearly everytime i call, its the same issue. It seems as though they just left the phone on not to be disturbed.

Poor customer service. They opened at 9am and I had been calling non stop from home all the way to the actual desk, I showed the lady at the front that I was calling there and then and no apology or any sort of consideration that I had been calling over 14 times in a row. All they said was their phone was not on. I needed medication from a&e for a 1 year in severe pain and needed it asap and yet these guys couldn't care less how they treated their customers

If I could put 0 stars I would.
The main pharmacist is actually a good one, but unfortunately some staff are either extremely rude or lazy.
Sometimes you could wait 20mn to get your medicines, while you are the only one in the queue. ( because they are gossiping in the back office )
If you ask a question like, does this medicine has a version that could be given topically , the rude hindi/eng speaking lady would reply go ask the GP ( as it was so easy ) aren't pharmacists doctor in pharmacology ? Looks like a fish market.

Poor customer service.
Tolerating so many issues since becoming a customer of them. Lastly experienced a prescription issued from GP before 5 working days and they just taking action on it while asking from patient side! They don’t have that medicine and they ordered it after 5 working days from prescriptions issued date while patient asked them!

I didn’t have such a bad experience as other costumers but I definitely can see how lazy and unfriendly the staff are. If I hadn’t asked them to get my medicines, I probably never would been attended. On top of that, they don’t like credit cards and there’s minimum of 5 pounds to use them.
