Recently joined Maybush Medical Centre and I'm genuinely impressed with their level of care. In an era when getting GP attention can feel like winning the lottery, they've been refreshingly accessible. Their online communication through PATCHS works brilliantly, and when needed, I can actually reach them by phone—a concept so novel it almost feels futuristic. Responsive, professional, and patient-focused—exactly what healthcare should be but rarely is. Can't fault them so far. A rare five-star experience in modern healthcare.

I recently attended the SafeTALK Suicide Awareness course at Maybush Medical Centre. The session was incredibly informative, providing vital knowledge and practical skills to help support those struggling with suicidal thoughts.

The trainers compassionate and engaging approach made a sensitive topic accessible, and I came away feeling more confident in recognising warning signs and offering help. The course highlighted the importance of open conversations about mental health, and I truly believe initiatives like this are essential for our community.

A huge thank you to Maybush Medical Centre for hosting such an important event and to the organisers and trainer for their dedication. I highly recommend this course to others and hope more people take the opportunity to attend in the future.

Excellent Surgery, very professional in every way.
Doctors and staff alway professional and friendly.
Every thing that is good about the NHS.
Should be held up as an example to other Surgery's to achieve this standard.

Had to go to the doctor today. Was a little shocked that there was someone else in the room. I wasn't informed who they were or what they were doing there. They never spoke to me. I didn't mind but it would have been nice to at least be introduced at the very least. Surely if it's my appointment time I should be informed even before the appointment. I probably would have been totally fine with it. Just felt like I wasn't really considered.

I've only just moved to this GP and will be immediately looking elsewhere. On the 2 occasions I've had the misfortune of calling, the reception staff are so abrupt, no 'hello' or their name, just a "What is the patient's date of birth"
Today I missed a call from a Dr that I had been waiting for (I couldn't be provided with a time to expect the call) when I returned the missed call, the receptionist transferred me without saying anything and the Dr didn't introduce themself either. Beyond unhelpful and genuinely said to me "What do you want me to tell you." .... Absolutely baffled by how unprofessional and unhelpful they were.
You are the reason GPs have a terrible reputation nowadays. Immediately requested to move practices. Would never recommend this place

Excellent service from Jane the menopause specialist, every step of the way she has been so helpful, knowledgeable and has really got me on the right path, I feel lucky to have access to her services as so many women struggle to get help with this. My peri menopause symptoms are under control and life can resume! Thank you Jane.

terrible staff, their attitude on phone is also very disgusting. why work there when you aren’t helping any patient?
i’m almost 7 weeks pregnant i’ve been begging my gp for a midwife and everytime they say they’ll get back in touch (on a specific day) and they never call. i wait constantly worrying for my and my babies health as i’m not being looked after! i contacted them when i was 2 weeks pregnant and still not a word! horrible.
