I went in earlier with my son who had an ear ache which was causing him a lot of pain. The pharmacist saw him straight away and even got the GP to come through and confirm his diagnosis.

As my son wasn’t registered the GP couldn’t prescribe anything so the pharmacist got him the best alternative. 3 hours later he was much better!

Could not ask for more!

Very Poor Service. Don't answer the phone either. Been trying for a week to get through - NO ANSWER.

I work away a lot and my mum has been over 3 times to collect my repeat prescription for me. First time they were randomly shut, 2nd time there was no pharmacist in the house so they couldn't give her my prescription, 3rd time they said they didn't have it, they never received the prescription to process - not true. Online it says awaiting collection. After calling the dispensary, they told me it had been there ages waiting for collection!
Bunch of clowns, don't seem to know what they are doing. Thats without the fact you have to wait so long outside. To top it off the Dr surgery are not yet digital - yes, in 2024 they cannot send a digital prescription to another pharmacy for you to collect there instead. Very poor service.

Genuinely, this has to be the worst pharmacy in Norfolk. I suspect that they only survive as they have the monopoly on prescriptions from the attached doctors. You’re required to give 10 days notice to collect a prescription, but they’ll only keep items in their out of hours collection box for 72 hours. The only way you can take you business elsewhere is to collect your paper prescription in person as the doctors won’t do collections from the nearby Boots the offers longer opening hours.

Totally inadequate pharmacy.
I have in for my elderly parents, when I'm over. Takes ages to que, then they don't have the medication in stock so its off the Dereham Boots.
They have been notified several times re medication no longer needed but still send it. What a waste of money !.
Parents had a house visit from Dr. two days ago, medication is on home delivery and urgent. Still no sign of it .
Their manager need to learn how to manage!!!

Such an antiquated system. Always have to queue for around an hour no matter what time or day I've been there. They can't or won't ping the prescription to a nearer pharmacy which would relieve the queues!! Asked if it would be quicker to pick up prescription and take to another pharmacy but no. Still 7 days wait & queue in pharmacy to pick up !!!!

I cannot believe how this place has changed over the years, to have a pharmacist send me a text message saying medication authorised ready to collect to then going, told to come back 2 days later and then only to receive medication which have had side effects to and this has been completely wiped off the system is terrible. Really don't like doing bad reviews but if this has happened to myself how many others has/will this happen to? To top it of he then just shrugs and says 2 to 3 weeks. Something needs to change

Appalling....... always a queue. Allow at least 45 minutes to an hour to pick up a prescription that you have to order a WEEK in advance. Often they haven't got it stock after you've queued anyway. NHS= Nobodys Health Service.
