Marni is phenomenal She supported me through a shoulder injury and has managed to get me moving with confidence again. Then when I needed her during a horrendously painful spinal nerve irritation, she was on hand with acupuncture and some brilliant nerve glide exercises. Her knowledge and expertise runs across disciplines enabling her to give you a more holistic approach to your treatment. This I truly believe improved my recovery, rehabilitation and pain Thank you Marni

Writing on behalf of Julie Smith. I would highly recommend Marni to anybody looking for help with injuries or niggles. I have seen Marni on 2 occasions and she has always been highly professional and extremely informative about procedures I needed and what else I needed to do. I have found the treatments she gave me on both occasions have been extremely good and the exercise given have helped me so much and relieved pain I have had for quite some time. I can't thank Marni enough for her help and if I could give her more stars I would. If your looking for a highly professional helpful Physio Marni is worth every penny.

Marni was kind and understanding of the issues I was having with my pelvic floor and that I wanted to be able to run a marathon without worrying. I had two pregnancies close together and had pelvic floor issues since. The advice she gave at my first session massively improved my technique of pelvic floor exercises. I would recommend her to everyone for support with pelvic floor.

Marni’s approach to physiotherapy is incredibly thorough, she took the time to read and fully understand the diagnosis I had previously received from an orthopaedic consultant, and explained it to me in layman’s terms using a skeleton. She has a kind and approachable nature which allowed me to ask questions throughout my physio sessions. I’ve seen various other physios in recent years and Marni is certainly the most thorough, and took the time to understand my diagnosis to target the physiotherapy accordingly. She used different techniques to what I’d seen before and I’ve seen great results in the mobility in my hip joint. I would highly recommend Marni.

Marni has been absolutely fantastic helping me with my back issues. She goes above and beyond and has helped me understand my back issues more, the possible treatments and has connected me with additional specialists. She also makes you feel really comfortable- would highly recommend.

Marni was great with assessment and rehabilitation after a fracture. Her advise was extremely helpful and we found her both thorough and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Marni Cochrane is hands down the best sports physio I’ve worked with—her direct yet friendly approach makes every session both effective and comfortable. After years of dealing with back pain and leg pins and needles, I’ve finally seen real progress thanks to her expert treatment. If you need a skilled and results-driven physiotherapist, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Marni!

Marni has been just incredible helping me with my back pain. She identified that my posture and the way I was using my muscles needed some work and helped me figure out how to engage muscles I didn't use as much as I should be! I'm now back doing the things I love. She's incredibly talented and we're lucky to have a dedicated women's health physiotherapist in Bishops Stortford.
