Was an inpatient in 2018 when I was 15 years old. I only searched this place up to see if it was still open. To my surprise, it is.

Just a few examples:

They used the seclusion room if you were any disturbance. That includes panic attacks, etc. And they would offer no support for you while you were in there.

I was locked away suddenly after being told I had a section 2. No one explained anything. And coming from a traumatic background, I was just becoming more ill being in there hands.

They often used poor phrases, like:
- you're taking staff away from those that actually need it
- grow up (I had regression btw)
- selfish

At no point did anyone tell me what was going on.

This place should have shut. I can't believe they are still going.

Regular carer staff great though worry about vetting process of agency staff. As a father not felt welcome by some of the other (so called professional female staff ) on a number of occasions. Much room for improvement.
