As a recent new patient to the practice, I’ve been delighted with my treatment thus far, and have been greeted with warmth and professionalism. Both Josie & Zoe have offered extremely friendly and impartial advice on how best to move forward with my aging teeth. The whole of the practice offers a very caring ethos that gives the patient confidence in their dental choice. Thank you to all.

I called Market street dentist on Thursday 5th September after many failed attempts in other practices for an emergency extraction appointment. The women on the phone was lovely and very polite and booked me in for 11:20am the following day. I was extremely anxious for getting my tooth out but my dentist was very friendly and gentle, he explained everything he was doing and at the time and reassured me everything was fine. My tooth was removed and he told me after care advice. I would highly recommend this practice as not only are they welcoming but they’re understanding of people like me who are anxious of dentist. I've recently located to area & hadn't attended a dentist for a few years. My initial appointment with Josie was the most relaxed I've ever been(nervous patient!). A 2nd appt for a necessary tooth extraction was completed with so much patience & care that I wasn't even aware the tooth was out! All staff are friendly & welcoming & I look forward(that's never been in my vocabulary)to attending further appointments with Josie to dispel this awful nervousness. Thank you.

Excellent care. Very efficient, fast and painless. Prices are very affordable and all the steps were well described as we went along for my care. I'm impressed with all the office staff and the care I received.

It is a private practice run very well but it is starting to become a process rather than people focused service. Notably appointment's are now at their convenience rather than the patient. You get a notification a fortnight before your due which is no use if you work away or have school age children’s. At this point your appointment slips until you can make it. Great for them not so much for the customers. But that’s the owners not the staff, the staff are amazing.

First visit to the practice but my first impression is that they are very welcoming at reception, my dentist was also friendly and explained what she was doing and why throughout my examination.
