The doctors that I have seen at market hill have always been great when seeing me or my little one. Can always get an appointment which is a rare from a gp. They are always willing to go out there way to make sure the care given is adequate. Very glad my family went with market hill there’s nothing bad to say.

Honestly, this GP practice is useless. Phone lines are constantly busy can never get an appointment, ever! Can't even get a place in the que Monday mornings, which is the only time this doctors offers any appointments! I'm switching GP's as I'm fed up with this one. I've been trying to get an appointment for months now. I'd be dead before getting an appointment here.

I cannot recommend Highley enough. I recently suffered from excruciating pain and called for an appointment. I was called back well within half an hour and given an emergency appointment. From arriving to leaving I was treated with dignity and respect with all staff going over and above to help ease my pain and emotional distress. Credit where credit is due and it is most definitely due at this practise! Thank you from one very grateful patient and keep up the amazing work as you all make such a difference to people's lives on a daily basis.

I was in a lot of pain with my back so rang 8 to 8 as soon as I did it which was about 9.30 in the morning to see if I could get a prescription for medication I'd had in the past for same problem, they wouldn't do this as I haven't had them for a few years(obviously I only take them when needed). No appointments. So had to wait for the duty doctor to ring, which was gone 6 o clock only to be told ring in the morning for appointment. My partner took the morning off work to take me so instead of ringing, he got me there for 8am to be first at reception to get an appointment. Upon arrival at the reception which now doesn't open till 8.20 (I've never been notified of this change and neither has their website) to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I sat and rang for 15 mins to be 8th in the queue to be told there was no appointments for the morning because no doctors or nurses on till 11.30 not really an 8 to 8 clinic then . I couldn't get back in the afternoon, went to pharmacy to see what they could recommend couldn't get anything like the tablets i needed so i went to a&e and the doctor there was brilliant theres no wonder a & E are so busy when practices are run like this one.

Absolutely disgusting how can you assess someone post spinal operation without seeing them or having the letter from hospital then say they may be fit to work after only 6 weeks post operation. Reception team are very rude and made me feel like I was lieing in regards to my operation even tho the nurse there took out my clips

GP service good from doctors and nurses and reception but all people attending in the waiting room was not wearing a face mask correctly under chins and under noses is not ok this could hurt Somebody Bad. stop and think it is why your loved ones that catch covid because you can't be bothered to wear your face mask properly

What a joke been trying to get an appointment for 6 day rang every morning phones not even on till 8.03 an then constantly engaged have popped in a couple of times also still nothing avadible but still no look waiting room was full of none English people... safe to say I am changing my doctors.
