I can only share a positive feedback on this practice. No matter how big or small challenge your health puts in your life, this team always there in no time. I would love to say a big thank you to all of you and especially to Dr Dave Collins for opening my eyes and the person centred knowledgeable support. You are doing the right thing. This is by far one of the best GP’s out there, I have been with different ones before but this one is so lovely. Everything with this GP runs so smoothly, from the PATCHS system to booking in, the staff are always quick to call you after putting in a request no matter how big or small, they will never ignore or undermine your issues. They are so understanding and patient.

I wanted to leave a review and publicly praise Mr Orhan (Apologies I have forgotten his last name). This man was extremely kind and helpful. He was quick to refer me to the hospital. He explained everything to me, was very professional and patient as well (I was tearing up due to pain) but he was ever so lovely and I think this man deserves recognition for what he does, what an honourable man.

You guys do such an amazing job and deserve praise for what you do because it’s not easy but based on the patience shown to me with every visit, it is so remarkable.

I’m ever so grateful for all the help I’ve received with this GP, thank you thank you thank you !!<3

The new Patchs system is working extremely well. Log on, enter the details about your medical condition, add photos if you wish and submit. All enquiries are viewed by the on-call doctor who responds to you promptly. I have used the system a couple of times now and it works very well. An excellent improvement that is surely more efficient for staff and patients. Great work - well done. Robert

Good doctors surgery not really had any issues and have always been really helpful and kind to me. But when you do call them the automated message is about 5 minutes long and is super quiet!! I can barely hear it and my hearing is fine, so it's completely inaccessible for those who have hearing difficulties. And the automated message is excessively long and causes anxiety when you need to speak to someone quickly. I also will say that the increasing move to making almost everything online has meant that you are icing out elderly people and those who are less able to use technology, which is probably the large majority of your clients. I understand moving your system online makes it easier for many of us, but you are inadvertently making your services practically inaccessible to those still unable to go online (inaccessible in that your phone system is terrible and now it's even more difficult to order a repeat prescription without using the NHS App that not everyone has!!!)

The care, kindness & support Dr Cowen & Dr Haywood gave to my dad & mum was outstanding. My mum looked after my dad at home for 4 years, he had Parkinson’s, Vascular Dementia & Type 1 diabetes. There were some very tough times & my mum felt she could always call the surgery to ask for advice from both Dr Cowen & Dr Haywood, nothing was too much trouble. They are both exceptional as doctors. I am so happy that my mum is with your practice. Thank you for looking after her since my dad passed away.

The Drs are good but I don’t understand how the appointments are always running extremely late!!! Mostly everytime I’ve had an appointment I’ve come 10mins early as advised and still not been seen until 20-30mins after my actual appointment time. If timing of appointments is an issue then this needs to be built it when booking these appointments.

I have never really had many issues with this practice until recently. There are stock issues on one of medications and for the past 6 weeks I have been trying to get an alternative. I have constantly been told there is no alternative and when I tell them there are 2 alternative medications I am then told I have to wait 4 weeks to see a nurse before I can be given the different medication. I have raised patchs requests that just get closed and no way to reply to the response. I have called reception to be fobbed off for the umpteenth time! Every time I call them I am told something different. I am told a doctor will call me back and they dont, then told to raise (yet another) patchs request. I know the NHS is stretched etc but this service really is unacceptable! This is also the complete opposite experience to other people I know in the same predicament in other surgeries locally!
