Nicki's magic hands have helped me over several years, firstly with a chronic condition and then through maintenance sessions as I started running and completing 10k and half marathon races. Nicki always looks to understand your problem thoroughly before starting any treatment - sometimes this is through moving around and doing stretches - before she then starts helping you to move better. It is always good to go back just to make sure all the bones are still moving as they should - for a bit of maintenance.

Nicki does not just carry out a standard soft-tissue treatment: She takes the time to talk through and then analyse movement, to get to the cause of the problem (in my case lower-back trouble), and then gives very specific treatment and exercise recommendations, to make a real difference long after the treatment has ended.
Whether a sports injury, ‘overdoing it’ (I am in my 60’s) or just ‘wear and tear’, I will be back if ever I need treatment, and I recommend others to give it a try!

I have been seeing Nicky now for 3 years, and the previous 10 years I was seeing a chiropractor in the Cambridgeshire area. Having always been troubled by back and muscle pain due to my job, my back would give out at least once every year forcing me to have 4-6 weeks from work, and being self employed this was not ideal. My previous chiropractor unfortunately could not solve this problem, but, thankfully ever since I have been with Nicky this problem has never reoccurred. The difference has been fantastic and I could not recommend her highly enough.
