After visiting several practitioners over the last few weeks I would just like to say that my experience today at Callowland with Karolina was fantastic. I felt like I was listened to and supported and that my issue was taken seriously. I wish more practitioners had this approach as sick patients need this feeling much more than feeling that their complaint is an inconvenience or being disregarded. 5* review and recommendation for the consultant I was seen by today.

I have had a few health issues in the last 6 months and every time the surgery staff have been absolutely amazing. When I have filled in the triage form I have been called back within a few hours. Even if I missed the call due to work they have tried again. The prescriptions have been sent to my preferred pharmacy and within a short time I have been able to pick up medication. Thank you for an amazing service

I just want to say that Manor View Surgery in Bushey is the best surgery that I have ever attended. I asked for an appointment through triage at 8.00am and had a phone call at 8.20 offering me an appointment for 10.25 that day. I saw Dr Datta, who was brilliant and so thorough. I never felt that I was being rushed and came away feeling so reassured. I can’t praise this surgery enough. So lucky to have a surgery like that in my area.

I always receive excellent service. All staff do their utmost to help you. Had tele consult on Thursday with Dr Hauf who listened to detail of my health issue. Had face to face appointment today and he was excellent as was the receptionist. So pleased I am with this practice.

A post on the Bushey Community Facebook group highlighted concerns about parking spaces at the GP car park (even though the car park doesn’t belong to the GP). Locals are aware that unauthorised individuals are leaving their cars there all day, suggesting some sort of informal agreement regarding parking. I pass by the car park every morning and consistently see the same vehicles parked there, even though the space should be reserved exclusively for patients.

The GP team appears approachable until the topic of parking is raised. They tend to ignore any related questions.

Additionally, be cautious of an older man taking photos of parked cars. He selectively avoids certain vehicles, indicating familiarity with their owners. I took pictures of him after he did the same to another red car.

This situation is unacceptable. I will report the issue to the NHS and reach out to the appropriate authorities until it is properly addressed.

I wanted to take a moment to say how much I love Manor View Practice in Bushey. I've lived here for 9 years and during that time have been diagnosed with a long term health condition so I engage with the GP quite frequently. I honestly couldn't fault their care of me. Whenever I'm unwell, they will see or speak to me on the same time (I imagine this is because I'm immunosuppressed) and it really reduces my anxiety and stress. Living with a health condition is very challenging but MVP makes it slightly easier. Thank you to everyone that works there for your service and keep up the great work 💖

I have just had one of the best GP experiences in my whole adult life! Dr Ameena Rahman is one of the most understanding, calm and efficient doctors I have had the pleasure of an appointment with. The appointment through triage was also made promptly and gave a good amount of date and time offers. I left feeling very well perceived, and taken care of and have more faith in being able to take my own health seriously. Usually it is very hard and overwhelming to talk through different problems in one session but I did not feel rushed or dramatic at all compared to usual. Getting further tests booked was also very easy here!
