Lovely staff, friendly receptionists, great appointments system. I have never had to wait to be seen, if they don’t have appointments they find you ones in other local affiliated surgeries. The doctors and nurses as so kind and helpful. Very glad I joined this surgery.

Been here all my life and since it has changed to Manor View, the doctors do not care as much as they used to. Their systems are only for West Herts hospitals which aren’t easy to get to. I submit a triage form and I can end up waiting two weeks to speak to someone. It’s a shame because I used to get the care I needed and now I feel like they just want me off the phone and do not listen.

Totally drove round and round for half an hour. Lost all the time. Didn’t take me to the correct address … just as well
I had been there before and I found my own way there. Shockingly bad directions.

I had a bad ear infection. The triage system works very well . I got a call back within an hour and I got an appointment at 9.30am that morning. Could not ask for .ore This is a wonderful caring practice. All the doctors and the support staff are all first class. The ladies , Maureen and Angie on the front desk reception go out of their way to help.

Got an appointment as needed and appointment was on time, at this site (not my usual). Nurse who saw me was very nice and reception staff were really helpful!

Iv been with Manor View Bushey for over 7 years- best GP ever been to and excellent all staff from clinical to non clinical. Lucky to be with such an amazing GP
