On behalf of myself, my mother Suzy and all the family. The care, kindness and support shown by all the staff and management towards our dear Alan throughout his time at Manor hall was exceptional. Everyone including the housekeeping and the chef were so accommodating towards the family also. Thankyou to you all.

Please do not leave anyone in their care. They abuse residents, I have proof , they would not listen, so instead of dealing with staff issues, they restricted my visits. They were responsible for my Sisters death FGS please dont allow anyone you love step in this place. Same staff working for their agency and both care homes.

Manor hall is a great home, the staff are incredibly welcoming, very well trained and competent to carry out their duties. The home serves great food and the residents have a great freedom of choice. I would highly recommend this nursing home.

Manor hall is an amazing care home , my mother's care was amazing as was all members of staff , don't hesitate if you need a place for your love one as you won't be disappointed , everything that my mother needed was done so quickly and I was kept informed everytime even with the most trivial things , thank you manor hall your all amazing

Horrific place mum fell over 2 days before her financial review nobody saw nothing paramedics called said she has hurt her thumb then eventually doctor was called said she had a broken hip ime her son and they didn't even bother to inform me Karma tree to all the staff
