I have suffered with plantar fasciatis in my feet for years following a couple of injuries in my younger life, every morning I have been in pain when I first get out of bed, or if I sit down for too long it hurts to get moving again. I have tried YouTube workouts, physio, stretches, exercises and aromatherapy foot massages with no improvement/long-term relief! When I mentioned it to Mandi she suggested trying myofascial release on my feet - I had ONE 60 minute treatment a week ago and cannot believe the difference! Every morning since I wake up NOT in pain! I can walk without hobbling straight from bed. I don't need to spend the first 10 minutes of the day stretching out my feet and calves. I have been in pain for so long that I am genuinely surprised every day when I am pain-free. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who is suffering with foot pain, I only wish I had known to try it sooner!!! 😊
