Since taking over Boltoph bridge surgery it has gone down hill. You can’t get an appointment let alone actually call them. It’s been weeks of me trying to just call them to sit in a queue for 40 minutes and then get cut off.

They took over my GP services, CQC report says everything needs improving. Tried every morning for nearly 2 weeks to get an appointment for my daughter, no luck. I was told they have just 8 appointments per day! Tried their online repeat prescription service, that doesn't work either. This isn't health care. I don't know what it is but it isn't health care.

The service provided by IMH is utterly abysmal. Since they took over our practice at Taw Hill Medical Centre in Swindon we've had many problems trying to get through to someone to make an appointment, often being on the phone for over an hour. Call-back requests are never honoured, appointments unavailable, and the online appointment booking service non-existant.
