Why make patients wait an hour on the phone to be told you do not pre book appointments and call back at 8am. Like everyone is free at 8am to be calling the GP. You need to put automated message while patients are calling telling them that you don’t provide advance appointments! This service is shocking something really needs to be done.

I don't blame the surgery, I blame the consistent underfunding of the NHS. Tories deliberately underfunding GPs such as these so we eventually start begging them to close down the NHS and start paying for private health care. Fed up of the lifestyles of the rich being prioritised over the lives of the working people. Rise up people

Wouldn't give it a rating!Absolutely disgraceful 😤 this surgery needs to shut down! Rude arrogant unhelpful staff no customer service what do ever and they simply don't care if your in pain. You can ask for managers you ain't getting one! I'm done with this surgery I'm moving now. Had nothing but hassle ever since I joined. I strongly advise people who wanna join to think thousand times before doing so. Reception unprofessional, they complain about you if your honest. And you will get letters sent to you threating to be removed! And simply they don't care about you. You can barely be seen. I had ear infection my half side face was swollen including my eye. in agony and not seen in severe pain! You can't book on anima when you report issues nothing is ever done.. except a pack of lies. Honestly it's very bad here gods honest truth. Even if u in absolute desperate need to be seen you can visit in person before they open and still your not seen. If your lucky a gp calls and it's on their terms if they do ....they are unhelpful and want to end call asap. Also they ask personal questions about your health in reception in public everyone can hear you. I totally understand and respect there is a high demand on service but when your health is at stake nothing else matters! Specially if you have pain and infection with stolen face etc

Absolutely shocking!!!! This doctors is operated disgusting!!! Your receptionists are rude and unwelcoming and the doctors can’t even phone you back when they said they will so now you have to sit in the hospital for 4 hours with your 70 year old dad because this gp couldn’t be bothered to contact him back. Can’t get a doctors app at all, yet when you go in the surgery it’s completely empty! Absolutely disgusting I highly recommend no one registers with this gp and it should be investigated on its poor standards of care!!!!

Wouldn't even give it one star , i had been trying to get an appointment as i was ill since December & In jan i had to wait weeks for an appointment which was a phone call. Since the start of the week the doctors refused to see me and told me i had to call 111 back and tell them to change the report which it isn't even a report it was a medical assessment so i could be seen within 2 hours and they again refused to see me the lady on the phone was vile and had no understanding and put the phone down on me twice after i had waited 50 mins to get through. In the end they have pushed me onto another practice , how can you accept new patients when you cant look after the ones you already have!

Shame I couldn’t rate 0 or minus numbers. WORST doctors iv ever experienced. On the phone for 2 hours, number 2 in the queue for it to cut off. They don’t even get in touch when you’re pregnant to sort you out a midwife which is their job and then when you sort out a midwife your self they give them the WRONG email to send me a prescription. Nobheads fuming at the level of service from these. Will definitely be changing doctors.

Takes over an hour to get through. Why merge the practices if you haven’t got employees or appointments?! Disgusting waiting times from being called number 48 waiting over an hour and half or prob longer as I’m still waiting on the phone for someone to answer! Minus 1. Been on the phone to 111 and they’ve sent off an electronic assessment form to my gp and told me to get in touch with gp. The receptionist answered and said they haven’t received it and told me to A&E
