I started treatment with Max for a frozen shoulder following 4 1/2 weeks in a sling due to a broken collar bone. Terrified by reading nhs websites saying that it can take up to 4 years to resolve itself, I sought alternative treatment as the nhs physio was basically leaving me to do exercises on my own. Max was amazing, quietly confident from the start that he could sort it out but it would take about 3 months. At the start I couldn't lift my arm to horizontal; I couldn't drive, cook, lift etc. The combination of acupuncture, infrared, massage (tui na) and manipulation, and home exercises, steadily increased the range of mobility in my arm so that I was driving after 3 weeks, and after 2 1/2 months 95% fixed. Max was always kind and professional, constantly encouraging and I felt confident in his care. I would highly recommend him.

This man is a miracle worker. My wife had an RSI injury in her hand for 18 months. She had pain, and immobility but after 1 session with MA Health she had reduced pain and almost perfect mobility. She had a second session and it improved over the next week further. We were on holidays in the area so we had limited time to attend sessions here but if we ever have any issues with pain etc, this practice will be where we will go to, even though we live in Ireland, the amazing treatments were would be worth it.

Max is incredible! Do not hesitate to book! Max fixed my unbearable sciatica in 5 sessions and actually found the route cause. First time anyone has properly assessed my back and hips to resolve the life long issues. Also, when I broke my ankle and was told by the doctor that I would be in a boot for 6 weeks, Max had me back at work (as a landscape gardener) with full mobility and pain free after 4 weeks through a combination of herbs and Accupuncture. Could not imagine life without Max. He will always make space and time for you and cares deeply about everyone. Thank you Max!

My wife and I miss carried on our honeymoon, after 3 years of trying everything to fall pregnant again we tried acupuncture with Max, within 3 months we were pregnant! We could not believe it! Dr Ma (Max) is a fantastic doctor, very competent, capable and kind. He helped my son with his asthma, colds and headaches. I have visited the center three times and it really works for me!! I got the acupuncture treatment and my ear got much better and I feel like a new person! It’s amazing I never expected it but it did happen. Definitely recommend it!

Best thing that I ever did for my eczema going back and fourth with doctors waiting weeks even just for appointment and doctors didn’t help at all, until I booked a appointment and met max and my eczema cleared up, within the first 2 sessions. Max is very professional and has helped me more than any doctor over the last 2 years
