Mel was happy to take my deposit but poor communication regarding when she could actually carry out the appointment ( due to a product not being ordered) it took two weeks from when she said it would be in to actually carrying out the appointment.

WOW!!!! I had the 'Vampire Facial' last night and the results are just out of this world... my face is so tight and smooth i'd most definitely recommend this treatment to anyone and everyone. Mel was so professional from the start and put me at ease straight away, she explained the whole treatment/process from start to finish, she talked me through what she was doing and when and gave excellent advice for after the treatment. I cant wait for my next one!! Roll on 4 weeks!!

Absolutely fantastic place. I had a treatment with Mel at the weekend and my skin looks and feels amazing. She is very knowledgeable and professional and put me at ease straight away. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for facial treatments and Aesthetic procedures
