Charlotte is incredible at her Job ! So professional. The clinic is beautiful and clean. Went for my botox but also had some skin concerns which she was so knowledgeable about and I have seen amazing results from the treatments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Thank you

I couldn’t recommend Charlotte at LYON Medical enough. I have been trying for such a long time to get my skin to a better/clearer place, trying an endless amount of products without truly knowing what works best for my skin. I am so grateful for the products and knowledge charlotte has given me, I had my 8 week check in yesterday and from the pictures we originally took of my skin there is a clear different already! I am over the moon with my results so far and looking forward to how my skin will look in another 8 weeks time ! Thank you Charlotte! 🤍

I have visited Charlotte a few times at her beauty clinic and each time has been fantastic. She was my introduction into anti-wrinkle injections and from the beginning she was welcoming, calming and very knowledgable. I’ve recently had botox from Charlotte in the run up to my wedding. It’s the first time I’ve ever had any cosmetic work done and I was terrified! Charlotte is a god send! From making me feel comfortable in her clinic straight from arrival, through consultation and advice I felt in very safe and professional hands.
She really does take into account each individual person to recommend the right regime and products and she’s transformed my skin. I honestly am still in belief that she’s made me reduce the amount of products I use (and a lot cheaper products )
Another trait that shows her professionalism is the after care, she checks in for follow up appointments and messages.
