The pregnancy yoga sessions with Jen were very welcoming, calming and worth every penny. We were both apprehensive about the course and i was sceptical having had kids before and such thing wasn’t around then! Jen made it all understandable, fun and informative, my fiancée felt at easy and planned things easier. The hypnosis was brilliant, so much so i fell asleep and was banned from further ones 🙈 Must have been Jen’s voice being so relaxing! I can’t thank Jen enough, really helped during our short labour. We have also gained a great friend too 😍🙏🏼
