I’m a new patient at the West Road surgery and have now been seen by west rd and Louisa surgery , have to say these two practises have shown me more empathy and consideration than any other surgery I’ve ever been to ! My previous Birtley Medical Group by far the worst ever !!
The practises are clean , tidy and welcoming and receptionists efficient and friendly , my nurse Kay today was very kind and caring, she suggested a well woman health check which I’m grateful for ?
Dr Dawson took her time to explain to me about my possible condition and requested a follow up appointment to discuss further , she also was very kind and caring lady.

Thank you to both practises for restoring my faith in GPs surgeries ?
