Loughborough Wellbeing Centre

An outlet for meeting, social and get together. Situated at the grand floor of the building. Limited car parking space for Visitors. Staff are friendly but will request visitors to sign in and out of the space.

I love coming to the well-being centre. They cater for a range of interests. I love the sewing and art group. It gets me to follow my passion. They also do a range of fitness activities and quizzes. If you are not interested in either, there is no pressure; it is just good to talk to like minded people. Coming here helps me because I can talk to like minded people and it helps me all round to relieve my stress and anxieties from everyday life. The staff are also very friendly and supportive. I always look forward to coming. I can be me without feeling out of place x

The easygoing sense of community at the centre, the games, the art & crafts, the conversations, have all contributed to my recovery greatly. It’s hard to put into words what this place has done for me. It’s helped reawaken a creative spark in me I’d thought gone forever. I have friends I never thought I’d make and have a routine that feels positive and healthy. The great variety of activities run by the centre are growing all the time and there is a real sense of community here. I’m so grateful this place is here, Thankyou to everyone at the well-being centre.

Loughborough Well being center,is an amazing place. A safe place, for all kinds of , mental health problems. Also physical disability. Lovely cafe,warm and friendly staff,a place to have fun, and relaxation. Crafts,Art,board games.Also most important,a place to talk in confidence.and trained staff to listen and give advice.Every day activities,and a crisis cafe . So don't be lonely,this center is here for you. It's easy to find, and parking on woodgate in the Beehive carpark is just a few minutes, away.

I really enjoy the wellbeing group I have been going since just before COVID and it's helped me feel less isolated it's not just me my husband too before this he would have bad anxiety attacks now he looks forward to it every week and hasn't had one since

Well being centre Loughborough has some lovely people there let's put it this way if your low your be laughing by the time you go crafts games kind group of people there nice tea coffee too crisis team there to on certain days x?
