I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this GP. I urgently needed an appointment for my two children, both of whom have ADHD and were experiencing significant issues that required prompt attention. Despite explaining the urgency of our situation, I was repeatedly told there were no available appointments.

As a parent, it is incredibly frustrating to feel that my children's health concerns are not being taken seriously. Managing ADHD is challenging enough without having to fight for the care they need. This lack of empathy and support is unacceptable, and I am now considering moving my family to another practice that understands the importance of timely medical care.

I would not recommend this GP to anyone who needs reliable and compassionate healthcare.

Terrible costumer service, iv never experienced such a bad GP, there booking system is absolutely terrible. Moving over to another GP hopefully very soon. Would not recommend you sign up here please avoid !!

I’ve been at this practice for over 10yrs and it’s gone downhill. I ring up for an appointment at 8am and can never get through until 9am then all the appointments are gone and if I do get an appointment they will send me to the Rushholme one which is much better but too far for me and my children. The staff can be quite rude once you actually get through on the phone too. If you’re 5mins late then want to cancel but if you’re early your appointment will be 20-30 after your original time.

Rubbish Customer Service and lottery appointment system for the medical services will make this country great, never. Its ridiculous to speak with GP. Not able see the patient in emergency and when we call emergency services they send us to GP or attend A&E to wait for long hours to hear from them its not urgent. This system is awful and specially with Longsight medical practice and their staff.

Used to be ok
Now it's rubbish been calling at 8 am daily to get an appointment for 2 weeks can't get one. Been told to call tomorrow and same thing the issue I have can't be treated at a&e and needs Gp. Thinking of changing to another Gp surgery
