Only gave 1 star because it’s not possible to give zero stars. The staff are completely useless and not helpful and their attitude towards patients is shocking. There is only one nurse who works there that deserves to be working for the nhs the others need to be either retrained or sacked. The doctors are a joke I find it hard to believe that any of them are qualified gp. This place has been been badly managed at best and it needs to be either closed down or new management come in and clear out all of the dead wood useless staff including receptionists nurses and doctors and completely change the systems that they have implemented recently

Since covid, the surgery has gone onto econsult. It's a total waste of time.you can get to see the nurse face but not a Dr. Hopefully, when you do the econsult in the morning, you get a phone appointment the next day or if you're very lucky you might get to see a dr much later. There has been times when I've really needed a Dr I've ended up in A&E as no appointments available. Then the A&E waiting times are huge as people have had to resort to using them and not the dr. It's not good enough and totally unfair

Booked an appointment online , filled out e-consultation to then get a message you can't respond to, 30 mins before my appointment that it has been cancelled. I Need to fill out another e-consultation. This online rubbish for booking appointments needs to stop .read your reviews it doesn't work. What a mess

I have been a patient with this surgery all my life and like a lot of people I know don't understand how since covid when you couldn't see a doctor who are there to care but whatever happened has continued! Now consult over phone so without face to face anything could be said and although you have to go on line to book appointments (even if you've just seen doc ant they have requested another you can't as reception to rebook ) Surgery only have a few patient in waiting SO why when you do phone your number 23 waiting!!! Surely you could have more staff able to answer the calls if that's the way to care for patient after all that's YOUR choice to want to care for people so come on Longrigg you Surely can see how difficult it is as not everyone good with technology a bit of give and take on BOTH sides.

I had an issue with my prescription when I went to collect it from a chemist. This was not a fault of Longrigg. I telephoned Longrigg and Amy answered my call. Amy went above and beyond to ensure my problem was resolved quickly. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor made a significant difference to my experience. She listened, was patient and was understanding, thank you Amy!

I've been trying to get an early morning or late afternoon appointment for 2 weeks now but nothing ever available!! My symptoms are getting worse now so I visited surgery this morning and was told to just fill in an online consultation form. I answered all correctly and the result came up i needed to see a doctor today. I went back to the desk but was told by the young girl on the desk to just 'go back and change the answers' - so basically lie so they don't have to find me an appointment!! This surgery is an absolute joke! I'll go sit in a walk in later today and look for a new practice i think... hang your heads in shame Longrigg!!

The doctors and the staff here have always been very helpful.. Very friendly and professional.
I was shocked a
couple of weeks ago to see how the staff were spoken to by an unhappy patient.. They
do there best in my
experience and don't get paid enough to take abuse . There are a couple of the receptionist s that will go out of their way to help.. but also a few that don't..

I waited 2 weeks for a GP telephone appointment and all got were two messages. I had my phone close by all afternoon and it did not ring so I could not answer. I tried to call the surgery, but waited too long for a reply. This is very disappointing and very worrying.
