Had a fabulous massage with Sophie Grennan today, as always left like I was floating on clouds. The grocery shop is excellent, and they also had some good cookbooks as well as cards and gifts. A great place to get some vegan treats too.

It’s a lovely experience just being in this shop. It’s beautiful to look at and lots of unusual gifts to buy and quite a wide range of goods from crystals to health foods, soaps, fans, jewellery, cushions - too many things to mention.
One of my favourite shops in the Meads.

"Three Kings Massage". With Sharon.
I received the most wonderfully relaxing massage from Sharon today. She took great care to make me comfortable, and the hot towels were divine.
The oils Sharon chose for the different parts of my body were just right. I'm very relaxed and deeply content.

Wow! I had the most incredible hot stone neck, shoulders, scalp and face massage today with Sharon @Holistic Herbal Natural Nutrition at Longleaf in Meads. Sharon was fantastic - applying just the right amount of pressure and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The warmth of the stones melted away tension and really helped with my frozen shoulder. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Very highly recommend. I cant wait to go back to try out the Three Kings Massage!

Always very interesting high quality products - organic store cupboard groceries, well-being items, beautiful serendipitous things like velvet cushions at good prices! Nowhere else like it in Eastbourne.
