Doctor refused to see my boyfriend, he was literally 2 minutes late for his appointment (thanks to hull traffic and a bridge closure), taken weeks to even get through on the phone just to be turned away. Being this strict just makes it even more impossible to be seen by a doctor when you have to rely on public transport, which many people (including us) do. Even worse when the only available appointments are half an hour after you called. It’s sad to see the NHS like this.

Well I had an appointment here today with the nurses from the Cardiac Rehabilitation Team and I can only give them a 5 star rating. I was politely greeted by the receptionist on the ground floor who directed me to the waiting area on the first floor - she even asked me if I was OK with the single flight of stairs as the lift was being serviced. I was on time for my appointment and I'd only just sat down in the waiting area when I was called through. The appointment went very well. The two nurses were polite, knowledgeable and very helpful towards me. I simply can't have any complaints 😊👌👍🙏❤️

I went for blood tests today,first time I had been very well organised,in the waiting room and a red line where too stand when talking too reception.
Unfortunately most people ignored this even though signs were there.
My nurse I saw was lovely she was so kind to me ,I don't go too doctors but she apologise that I had waited.did not catch her name but she was lovely.
You are all doing a great job well done

Shocking service couldn’t even get an appointment until 3pm when I went in to get one 3 minutes after they opened. Then rang 111 who advised my 2 year old should be seen within the hour to which they said I could only have one at half past 1! No care whatsoever for my little boy.

I had to wait 30 minutes because there service is horrible and the line leads out of the gates. And when I got in (i was the 3rd In line) I had to wait another 15 minutes just to be told they can't do anything and they told me to leave I'm not happy about it

Although exempt I was told to still wear a face covering upon arrival and that I wouldn't be seen if I didn't put one on. Had an anxiety inducing wait for the nurse and would like to know why I wasn't informed before I came as this isn't the situation at my normal practice.

A joke trying to see a doctor the receptionist think they are the doctors cant get medication that hospital has given considering i wos referred to hospital for arthritis in my fingers and pain and a letter has been sent back to my gp but receptionist says it dosnt say anything about medication when iv rang hospital and they insisted my gp has record off the medication i wos given to try and it helped my pain more then anything else iv tried so i shud be allowed more untill my review at hospital absolute joke the chemist often dont have medication in so try giving alternatives and often a verry long queue considering theres always 3 or 4 staff behind the counter thinking off changing GPS as east hull is getting ridiculous

very good care and service but sadly its car park is allways full of staff cars,we arrived at 8.15 in the morning so i managed to find somewhere to park eventually,i then asked reception why was the car park full at 8.15 in the morning when we the only patients there honestly there wasnt any patients at all so i asked why was the car park full when there wasnt any patients i was told abruptly they are all members of staff cars,so if you drive to this surgery dont bank on parking near it,if you have someone like my partner who cant walk far because of her illness try to avoid going here and opt to go to another surgery
