I must say that the surgery has improved. I haven't been able to get an appointment to see my doctor for a couple of weeks. However, the receptionist who I spoke to was very kind and as helpful as she could be, given the circumstances.

The pharmacy staff helped me get my medication before the Bank Holiday weekend. They do their jobs efficiently and quickly.

It is sometimes difficult to telephone the surgery, especially in the morning, and there is a long-winded message before you can select your preferred option.

The staff in all professions here are friendly, approachable, and courteous.

Receptionists very helpful and friendly and more often than not I've been able to secure a Drs appointment same day, last five times with my registered Doctor which was extremely helpful. Pharmacy team are very friendly and knowlegable and it's extremely helpful to be sent a txt confirming medication ready to collect. Overall, the surgery is kept clean and plenty of information on show about a variety of medical conditions as well as help available. There are a lot of problems within the NHS and not being able to book an appointment is often raised, I'm pleased I've not experienced that at Long Sutton Medical Centre.

Phoned, reception staff very rude and dismissive. They need to be more caring as a missed opportunity for someone who has plucked up the courage to get an appointment for a condition that could potentially be serious. They are busy but shouldn't detract from customer care.

Overly long, 1min 20s, recorded telephone message especially when they expect you to keep ringing up for the chance to speak to a doctor. Very rarely get an appointment when you do ring and happen to get through. Go somewhere else ..
