A chaos. I’m happy I came for a blood test only, and can’t imagine staying with this clinic for any other procedures or treatments.
I saw at least 4 members of staff there and I was the only patient, but for some reasons my blood was taken in a rush by a person from the reception who takes the payments. The midwife consulted patients over the phone and left me waiting in the room. If I pay for a test in a private clinic and arrive on time ready to be tested, I expect no rush and no juggling between phone, payments and needles. It doesn’t feel professional and safe.
100% won’t return and won’t recommend.

This is a late review but I still want to share it.

I had an NIPT test with scan on August 2024, when I was pregnant about 14 weeks.

The scan operated by Karin was extremely professional. She was friendly and patient to all of my questions during the scan. Then she found out the baby has increased NT of 2.9mm which freaked me out.

Karin explained clearly about increased NT and the next step to us, and told us that “Don’t worry, this is just a soft marker and that’s why we are doing NIPT! You are doing the right thing!” Then she suggested us to do Prenatal Safe test based on my age and history, and of course she clearly explained the limitations and accurate about the test to us, which is exactly the professional advices that we need before taking the test.

I had my blood sample taken on Saturday, and the results came back on next Wednesday morning, which was really fast. The reception called and told us that the results were all showing low risk and nothing needs to be worried, and the report was sent to my email at the same time.

During the call, I also told the reception about the baby’s increased NT makes me worry, and few minutes after the call was ended, the reception called back again and told me that one of the doctors has checked again on my report and scans, and wanted to let me know that everything seems to be alright and there’s nothing need to be worried about. I was super surprised and no longer worry that much about the increase NT. This is so important to me.

Now my baby was born happy and healthy almost a month, and I really want to thank the team for all your professional advice and all these great help! Would definitely recommend friends if they want to do NIPT or any further scans!

I Had an Hycosy exam done. Overall, it went well, with a positive outcome. The doctor seemed very competent, the clinic is very well located.

Paid all fees before leaving the clinic, but I still got 2 emails with pending payment.

We booked our 10 week scan with London Pregnancy Clinic and our experience was fantastic. We were so well looked after, the examination was so thorough and the specialist took time to explain everything to us in great detail. We felt very reassured that everything had been checked, we were given time and attention. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, extremely helpful on the phone also when I called for help and follow ups. Thank you so much, we will definitely be coming back and also recommending to everyone!

They were absolutely amazing! I needed a check up during an IVF cycle while being on a business trip in London. Thanks to the extended hours, I could book an appointement which fitted my schedule. Despite all the careful planning, I did arrive a few minutes after the appointement time and they still accommodated me!
And while in the consultation, Melissa was very caring during the examination. She took the time to explain exactly what she was looking at and what she was seeing. The report she sent to the IVF clinic was extremely good and detailed, allowing me to finish the cycle seamlessly.
I highly recommend this place.

We had a brilliant recent experience here. The clinic is really calming and stylishly decorated – we especially loved the antique equipment on the walls/in cabinets in the treatment room, so cool! Both receptionists were super friendly. We opted for the Panorama NIPT, which included a scan and blood test, at 10 weeks pregnant. Linzi did our scan and was great, we felt that we were given so much time and attention. Our baby wasn't lying in the best position for a 3D photo, and Linzi kindly waited while I got up and (gently!) jumped around to try to nudge the baby into a better position. The timeframe to receive blood test results is 5-10 working days – our test was on the Friday and we received results the following Saturday, so super fast. Really impressed and would recommend the clinic to others looking to get a pregnancy scan or NIPT.

Really friendly and responsive team. The sonographer was great and took time to make us feel comfortable and answer our questions. We did the 10 week scan and NIPT test and the results were back within 3 working days and they called us to confirm. Absolutely worth it - couldn’t recommend enough.
