I've been coming to London Health and Wellbeing for a couple of years on and off... First I went to the central London branch and saw Hazel the physiotherapist for 4 sessions and one of their osteopaths for 1 session (I've forgotten her name) and had a great experience. Both were very knowledgeable and great at what they did and explained things well and gave me exercises to do at home. Currently I'm at this branch and seeing Anaelle the Osteopath who is absolutely amazing at everything. Her knowledge and her practice is outstanding. She also has given me an exercise plan to do at home between sessions which have helped a lot. I would highly recommend her to address your issues.

I had a great experience with Anaelle (clinician 25). Before starting the treatment, I had persistent shoulder and back pain due to my scoliosis. After working with Anaelle, the improvement has been remarkable. She provided regular exercise tailored to my condition and the pain has disappeared. I’m very grateful for her expertise - she really made a difference in my recovery. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Eitan (clinician #23) to address some lower back and shoulder issues following a tennis camp. The treatment plan he provided as part of the sports therapy was incredibly helpful and effective. Eitan has been very friendly, attentive, professional, and very good at explaining what he was doing throughout the entire process. I highly recommend his services!

Dave (Clinician 1) has been fantastic in helping me get rid of a chronic shoulder injury. After a few sessions I was a lot better and by now back as new. Extremely skilful on pushing for recovery without pain and with continuous adjustment to the therapy plan based on progress and needs. Also a very positive, happy and overall great person. Highly recommended.

Just had an introductory session with Otis (clinician 29) and he was outstanding. He walked me through a posture assessment and discussed areas I wanted to work on for my sport massage. He was friendly, professional and took great care to check on me during the session regarding pressure. Highly recommended and will be coming back.

I had a chronic pain issue with the left side of my neck, shoulders, and maxillary ( TMG) and it is one year from when I started my therapy at London Holistic with Anaelle (clinician 25). My experience with her is amazing. She is very professional, she helps me a lot to manage my TMG problem and back pain with a deep tissue massage. All the times she released my pain when I had my treatment session and she gave me sets of exercises to do at home to maintain the results gained in the treatment session. I am fully recovered and highly recommend her to anyone with similar issues. For the best results, she recommended that I also try acupuncture with her colleague Chi (clinician 3). It was the first time I tried acupuncture, I saw the results from the first session, Chi is very professional, I had incredibly relaxing results from acupuncture and the pain has disappeared.I would highly recommend him .

Had some lower back issues which were causing me pain when exercising and sitting. Steven (clinician no.4) was incredibly helpful, providing quick relief with sports massages while also helping me to address the root cause. Lower back issues have fully cleared up as a result!

I have visited the clinic due to chronic pain on the back and my hips and saw clinician nr 11, named Matt. I received the relief that I needed and he also helped identify other areas that were causing pain. He is very sympathetic and listened to all the concerns. I would highly recommend him.
