Great doctors, came to them when i was having trouble with next door, took them 30 seconds to sort out something that took the croft 18 months to sort out and still get it wrong. For Asthma it's the best surgery i have used, doctors are always friendly, Nurses i have seen are friendly, Only 1 bad thing and that's 5 weeks for a doctors appointment. Other than that a Really helpful Surgery run professionally which is something very few doctors surgery can say nowadays.

Would give zero if that was an option. Firstly I must say I have no problem with the doctors at this practise, we have always received good care from them! However when you have to deal with anyone else at this surgery it’s just so draining and always such a drama! Getting an appointment is a joke! Trying to explain a request or concern is like going round in circles, they want to know every detail but then answer with “Well I’m not medicall trained”
We don’t visit the doctors very often thankfully but will definitely be moving surgeries.

I honestly can not fault this doctors, dr prahan especially. I moved here after being refussed treatment at another local doctors and within days he had orderd scans for me and put me on the medication needed to help with one of my issues. Thankfully, i now have a diagnosis with ongoing treatment thanks to him. Yes, waiting times do run over but compared to other doctors, they dont rush u, they listen to the issues and provide care for that. Both my daughter have had to see the doctor aswell and again both were sorted and fit again in days. Ive found appointments alot easier to book as i was never offerd them at my old doctors, it was literally online form then your priblem gets triaged. I waited 2 weeks for just a call back so to wait a day or so for an appointment, little longer if you want a specific doctor is nothing. I am always able to request the doctor i want so it makes things easier as he knows my health issues so im not forever repeating them. Very happy and thankfull
