The doctors are SO great, I’ve never had an issue and they’ve always been really forward thinking and timely. Their reception staff are the issue. Why choose a job in healthcare when you lack empathy?

Since Covid this place is absolutely useless. Rude staff. Doctor asked me to make an appointment about a test result phoned today 18th feb got told nothing until 6th March. Do the community a favour a make it into a youth club. As tax payers money paid to build it and now can’t get seen by a doctor. No wonder the hospitals are struggling, there doing the work of the GP’s as it’s the init place you get seen.

Anytime I have been to Loch Leven Health Centre, I have found the Reception Staff, Nurses and Doctors, all very polite and helpful, especially when it is appears to be a very busy Surgery.

Reception staff rude , will not give you you're own prescription when been signed and processed. Try to fob you of with an excuse , tell you that your prescription is in the chemist ho to chemist to be told no they have not got it , go all way back up to then met with an angry upset reception worker who is clearly annoyed that you have bothered her ,cannot get an appointment at Orwell practice,it's a nightmare , I have witnessed so many and elderly patients clearly upset trying to talk to reception to be told nothing they can do ,practice deserves no stars ,changing surgeries.

Absolutely fed up with this place . My husband has been in excruciating pain for weeks . He went for an X-ray and had been trying to get the results from St Serfs for weeks . He was supposed to have a telephone appointment today and surprise surprise it’s been cancelled . All he needs is someone to look at his X-ray picture !!! He has called daily and can’t get any response from a doctor . They say not to go to A and E but honestly he would have been seen and treated already if he had !!! Appalled by the way he’s been treated by reception and doctors alike !

The level of professional incompetence and lack of compassion exhibited by this Health Centre is truly staggering. Its poor reputation is, unfortunately, well-deserved. Dr. Dalgetty's demeanour reflects a troubling combination of arrogance and negligence, with the latter approaching a level that could be considered egregiously unacceptable.

Ever since Covid I have been told that because I’m with Orwell Practice I can only book an appointment using the Askmygp website. Meaning I can’t even get a doctors appointment scheduled at the reception or by phone call. I was always able to get an appointment booked without any trouble before Covid. So how on earth does that make any sense. How do the numbers add up here.

Shame I can't give them a zero stars!!!. The delusion of grandeur of the receptionists is unbelievable!!. Extremely snippy on the phone and not helpful!!!!
