Dealt with in a very friendly, efficient and gentle (in regard to the swabbing) manner at the Westminster centre. The same professionalism clear to see in all contacts with the Head Office too with calls answered extremely promptly and questions dealt with in the same correspondingly reassuring fashion. The only company I have dealt with so far to have lived up to the promises made. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely satisfied with the service quality. The nurse or the assistant was welcome me friendly . She asked me my personal details and passport. Everything went well and she was very gentle when she take the sample. I was a bit worried about i can't find the clinic but in the end I find it . She was patient enough to listen my story about how I'm not went home , because I hasn't got negative pcr test on time. And this way I was denied from a flight. I will absolutely recommend this clinic . Top quality and the results came next day before 7pm. Thanks for the help. Regards Robert

Local PCR stayed true to their word. I we received our Fit to fly certificate and within within the 24 hrs promised time. They are efficient, reliable and honest in the manner they conduct business. We presented our Local PCR certificate at the UK, Barbados and Trinidad airports with absolutely no difficulties. I strongly recommend using the Local PCR service. I want to take a moment to commend the young man who took out samples at the Prior Deram Walk in Coventry.

UPDATE

Offered us next day tests for me and my partner for our annual leave trip, which was booked for a few days after my business trip, instead, which we accepted. My partner then ended up in a and e the day of the retest, and they re arranged the test time for that evening with no problems.

I must say, they have been very responsive to emails, and did find the best solution to the issues we had, and have been really helpful. So I have changed this review from 1 star to 5 stars, which is deserved!

Used the 3-5 hour express service for £195 😱 for an urgent business trip abroad.
Result came back void whilst waiting for the ferry.
Have offered a re test the next day, which is obviously no help whatsoever.
Have now lost the ferry ticket money, has caused massive disruption to our business and loss of income.
To make matters worse, I do 2 pcr tests a week at the hospital for work, and have never ever had a void result, first time using this company, and ....
Have spoke to the staff on the phone, they cannot refund, have had to email the customer service team and have to wait for a response from them.

Really helpful customer service team and a prompt, reliable service all round. My 'tester' was Ella in Altrincham - she was brilliant. Calm, reassuring and really gentle so what I anticipated to be an uncomfortable experience that I was anxious about was made almost pleasant by her skill and approach. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend the place. Easy to book, easy to find, I had 2 PCR tests done on site and had 2 different nurse/assistant who were both equally really nice, reassuring and gentle. Results came through when they said it would via email.
