Impossible to get an appointment… website is badly designed and difficult to navigate, online request form not available after 2pm, to call reception results in a minimum wait of at LEAST 15minutes…
Constantly mess up repeat prescriptions (currently using old pain medication as new med not added to last repeat)
I have been in constant pain for over 2 weeks now and have yet to speak to a receptionist never mind a medical professional.
The service is absolutely appalling.

Such a Shame as the desk and most of the nurses are nice. But since moving to Ayrshire, its gotten worse and worse.. I didn't think it could get any worse when I first went too... I've now been waiting 3 months to speak to a certain doctor, to be told again yesterday he still doesn't have times available for over another 3 weeks... I genuinly couldn't understand the doctor I spoke to yesterday, though she seemed polite, she struggled understanding what I was saying and I simply couldn't understand 99% of what she was saying.. I've never seen the same doctor twice there either and the issues they have with prescriptions is simply unbelievable..though some of that issue is due to Mauchline pharmacy being one of the worste pharmacys I've ever had to deal with.... actually, it is the worst... by a mile...

I fell in house Monday a Dr came out at 1710 I had a fall cut my head open said I needed to go to casualty waiting hrs for ato come im housebound can hardly walk i cant get out front doornunless by ambulance special chair fo steps im just spent 11 daysin houspital so made decision not to go for few stitches at nightime had terriblev night with concussian got deleriumvsepsis in hospital have micropore
on cut itsall i could do bruises all over had patient transport few weeks ago for knee replacement home within 2 hrs ambulance guys so funny I even phoned to say thankyou still have sorehead
