This surgery is the old sway rd surgery and has always been part of new cross and clydach etc.They made such a mess of the old practice that they had to give it a new name but do not be fooled it is still the same disaster of a doctors surgery With the same rude obnoxious receptionists.Its a pity because the doctors are very good its just that you can never get to see one because the receptionists are blocking patients from seeing a doctor.Its a dire situation and can only get worse until these receptionists are given their marching orders.!!!.
