Jean-Vincent is very professional and explains my condition to me as clearly as possible. He has given me exercises that have improved my condition and he is encouraging when I feel discouraged about my progress. The clinic are very good with time and I am always seen on time and for the full period. I get a text reminder just over 24 hours before the appointment to ensure I don't forget. The location is very convenient for me from work - 5 min walk to the building. Usually it does not take long to clear security and obtain a pass. The receptionist is always friendly and welcoming. All in all I am very pleased with the service I have received.

Can't rate this is osteopath any more highly, they were thorough with communication and treatment. I have had a number of osteopaths but this one is the best. The online booking system and text message confirmations were a great touch and I always felt welcomed. Getting into the building can be tough as you need iD and there can be a queue for this sometimes.

Very friendly staff, clean and pleasant place, well located for people who work close to Monument or Bank Stations. My physiotherapy doctor is very competent - I really see an improvement in my condition. I can definitely say that this service is helping me and I will recommend it to my friends.

Michal’s knowledge and expertise are really impressive. I’ve had a long standing ankle injury that no one had been able to help with (nhs physios, injections, etc) until I met Michal at the Wellbeing Centre. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

At the start of September, I went into Lloyds on a self-referral for Sciatic pain. Mark Bussetti, the Osteopath there, first set out to confirm that it was sciatica (which it was) and set to work.
Within three sessions, I was no longer limping, struggling to move around or in constant discomfort. I was at around 10% of the initial pain after the first session alone. After a couple more sessions, Mark's expertise has led him to complete resolve my back issue.

Highly recommended, and many thanks again for the excellent job!
