Health and spa area disgusting, probably never cleaned, especially the changing rooms.
The sauna smells like mold and is likely unhealty even sitting in there of the pool area.

Joined membership had my free trial unfortunately become unwell , staff put my account on hold for 3 months to still take money out of my account and no refund offered , manager was no help at all , changing rooms smelt disgusting not very clean , smelt like sewage , only good thing about this place is some of the staff were very helpful but didn't document that my account was on hold , well that's what the manager said, not good, gym very small can have about 6 people init at the most , same with the pool area , 1 unhappy bunny

Stayed at the hotel and used the health club. Pool was 28 degrees and jacuzzi was 33. Small sauna and steam room. Kids enjoyed it but too cold for me and my elderly parents

Called in on a hussle pass. Parking is free, staff were really welcoming and friendly. Facilities are a bit dated but well maintained. Staff informed me a referb is on its way so looking forward to returning in the future.

Love this place. Friendly staff, clean facilities and plenty to use. Never normally heaving so no waiting for kit. It’s a small and friendly club, not full of bigger boys looking in the mirror.
