Good facilities to train and relax how ever, no lockers are ever available, the steam room and spa, are constantly breaking down or not available. Since I’ve been back 3 months the spa and pool have been unavailable more than they’ve been available. For literally weeks at a time. Your steam room needs fixing and you need to clean the place ALOT better. The last time I was a member I was 16 years old I’m now 31 and every single bit of the pool area is the exactly the same as it was 15 years ago and has had no improvements every tile is the same. You need to put some serious money into this place because £41 a month for no lockers/broken lockers, and everything I’ve listed above above is a rip off

Lovely environment , great friendly staff Caroline , Jess, Kaz, Wing go above & beyond to make me feel welcome, great atmosphere, always clean , new Sauna but could do with changing rooms being revamped

Had a look around as wanted to join. The gym facilities are extremely small. I counted 7 apparatus and all been used. Not sure what happens when is gets busy. This is more like a hotel gym if you want a work out. Not what I call a well equipped gym. The pool is tiny. The staff are friendly. Not sure how they can justify the monthly fee.

Not a good place as things are never really working if it's not the pool it's the steam room this has been going on for months and months and it's not the Cleanest of places too as in the changing rooms

Great place to go for a swim, steam and sauna. It’s never too busy and memberships are affordable. Best thing about the place is the staff as they always are there to help.

Lovely jacuzzi and swimming pool.
Shower area in changing rooms is ridiculously outdated, hence 4 star.
