Sally was a great encouragement to me. Even when things weren't going how I liked she encouraged ne to keep on giving words of wisdom .Being more aware of what you do out of habit allows you to change those habits. My target to loose weight and waist size was successful. I now have the tools to continue the lifestyle changes required to maintain weight loss and healthy lifestyle. I am extremely grateful for everything I have been taught and it is great to know that an occasional contact is given. Thank you so much.

Having had Dan as my co-ordinator for my ni Smoking Journey has been a blessing.
Im currently 10 weeks of no smoking with Verneclrine tablets twice a day.
Never do i think nor crave cigarettes at all whatsoever.
This journey is a success especially as im 66 years old and have been smoking since i was 12 yrs old.

I cannot recommend this service enough . Unfortunately, l was unable to finish my last session with Sally due to family illness even though Sally consistently kept in touch to offer me alternative sessions . When l was offered this opportunity at my lovely Dr’s surgery for weight management and general wellbeing l took the opportunity . The time is dedicated to give you support and advice and listen to you and gave me a voice in my head to take time for me and work on areas in my life that needed changing . Sally you’re amazing and thank you ! 🌷🌷

My GP recommended the services provided by Live Well Dorset after I had made the decision to stop drinking. I was assigned a Life Coach called Dan who specialises in supporting people trying to cut down or quit drinking. I have to say that the coaching provided by Dan during our sessions has been excellent and really helped me especially during the early period of not drinking. I am now 4 months drink free and it is definitely without doubt one of the best decisions that I have made and Dan has been a big part of my journey so far.
