Highly recommend.
I went to counselling feeling really stuck, but now I’ve been given the tools to help me process things and move forward. It’s a very professional service and was recommended to me by my doctor. Tracey has a lot of qualifications and skills, and she really knows how to support people in different situations. Just trying to best think how to sum up Tracy's help for me. I went to see her a couple of times in the last 5 years or so. The time I remember very specifically was how she helped me reignite my sense of self. She was quick to be honest with me when my self-esteem was needing a bit of boost and she was excellent at helping me see myself for what I am and believing in that. She is direct in a no nonsense northern kind of a way, which personally I think really helps with building trust immediately in the therapeutic relationship. Thank you for helping me Tracy!

When I went to first see Tracy I held lots of anger and sorrow inside. Having someone to talk to who knew nothing about me but sat and listened, gave constructive advice and was an absolute pleasure to meet gave me an immense feeling of gratitude to her.
