Terrible service. They won't help you to quit, they aim to start you vaping instead. They gave me a few weeks of patches and told me to go buy a vape from the shop, they want me to use those instead of smoking in the process of cutting down the nicotine addiction. The transition took a couple of weeks but once I told them I was only using the vape but wanted lower strength patches to help me cut down my usage still, they refused and said they are there to help you stop smoking, not stop vaping so they won't give patches to help with that. When trying to talk with them about it, multiple of their staff try to defend vaping as being safe for you and show no care when I tell them that I had told them in the beginning specifically that I wanted to quit, not just swap 1 rabbit for another which is exactly what has happened. They offer nothing other than free patches and gum, the rest is on you. They will call you once a week and ask how it's going and if you tell them you've had a cigarette, you get a judgemental lecture from your aunt about how you are supposed to quit. If that's what you are looking for then I guess this is the service for you.
