I attended Little Common surgery this morning for my RSV vaccination. I was a few minutes early but was called in to the nurse, Jo Richardson , before I had even had time to sit down!
I was advised that as it was time for my routine monthly blood test I could also have that at the same time, which offer I readily accepted. Taking blood from me is not easy but Mrs Richardson achieved it at the first attempt. ( A relief for both of us I think! )

Very helpful staff at this surgery. Got through quickly when I phoned at midday. Occasionally I send requests etc via their NHS website. I always get a response within a day or sooner. So much better than the surgery where I previously lived.

The lack of care and empathy at this place is disgusting. Never seen so much ego in my life stay away at all costs is my advice. Remeber we pay your wages they seem to forget this

Worst Surgery I have ever come across. Seeing Dr Workman is impossible as he is never there he is always on holiday. I’m sure he gets paid a LOT of money for hardly ever working. He never sends on the referrals so patients are left without proper treatment. Definitely would not recommend to anyone I’m sure there are much better surgeries in the area

With all the negativity around at the moment in the NHS we are so very lucky to have such a great doctors surgery. The reception team are so very helpful and we have never had a problem trying to either see a doctor or have a phone call from one and nothing is too much trouble when you need extra tests etc. You never feel rushed, all the doctors we have seen (you may have to see one who is not your usual one) are very friendly and put you at ease, also being very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all so much, you are very much appreciated.

I saw Dr Rebecca Akroyd a couple of months ago for an IUD removal. She was absolutely amazing! She was professional, but down-to-earth, extremely organised & efficient, polite & courteous, but most importantly, she did an incredible job removing the implant from my arm. She managed to go through the same cut mark from the insertion to avoid any further scarring & I experienced barely any pain or bruising. She was a delight to be treated by. Thank you Dr. Akroyd : )
