Since transferring to this practice I have been very impressed. Easy to use online appointment request facility. Very prompt feedback with appointment date/time. Courteous and informative consultation with doctor. Very prompt arrangement of follow-up scans and treatment. Extremely prompt follow-up to discuss scan results.

Muxton surgery is an absolute joke, been waiting for results for a while, never received a call or text to say they were back and have been calling results team and the surgery to get them and can never get through. When I did today the receptionist was so rude and impolite. Refused to give me my results and said I had to wait 2 week's to see a doctor to discuss them, even though it was an emergency request put on them. They've ignored my health issues for years and now it's at a point where it's effecting me physically. No consideration for those who start work at 7.30 and by the time you do book an appointment on the day, they're all gone and they become so rude when you tell them why you cannot contact them at their opening times. Absolute joke of a surgery. Will be requesting all my appointments at Newport from now on as they actually take you seriously and have nice receptionist!

Receptionists are helpful and polite. Never struggle with getting an appointment. Genuinely care for their patients

Dr Yen (am I allowed to write names )has such a wonderful caring attitude, on the phone I felt reassured and he was really understanding, helpful and professional. This is sadly quite rare nowadays but I thought he was fantastic. My experiences so far have only been positive.

Muxton doctors are fantastic ive not had any problems they always try and fit you in if they can't they always advice what you can do doctors are lovely reception ladies are lovely its always clean and very welcoming when you visit the practice

After being advised that although I had been told I was being removed from the practice II would remain on the list until a medical problem had been resolved..
However whilst waiting for scan and commencing treatment which had serious side effects which needed urgent Gp appointment I discovered myrecord had been sent back and I was no longer a patient of the practice..
