I recently had a much needed Reiki session with Sharon. I was feeling out of sorts, unbalanced like I had lost my mojo and had a busy head which was making restful sleep more challenging. I was welcomed with a warm, friendly and professional reception by Sharon. She took time to understand me, my lifestyle and what treatment would be best suited to my needs. I felt amazing after the treatment and very peaceful during it. The busy head had been calmed, my sleep returned and my mojo is back. Thank you Sharon for your expertise, kindness and care. I will be back for more.

We all need time to recharge. I was looking for something to give me a moment’s peace in this mad world and found Sharon at Lincs Holistic and Wellness. As always, I find when trying something new an open mind is the best approach. On my first visit I just had a meditation which I found was helpful. Sharon is the sort of person who listens, no need to push her product, as it sells itself. On my second visit I tried a Reiki session and then on my third visit I had a crystal Reiki. What a difference it made for me. In my opinion it makes a big difference in a number of ways. The surroundings are tranquil and very comfortable. Easy to find, you will be at ease the moment you meet Sharon. So if you are thinking of something like this, give it a chance, you have nothing to lose but a lot to gain. I most certainly recommend Lincs Health and Wellness and will continue to visit Sharon…. Give it a go!!! Thanks Mike

I’ve taken a little while since my ‘treatments’ with Sharon to post a review because, very unlike me, I was struggling to find the words to truly express my experience but I’m going to try in the hope that others will be inspired and seek Sharon out. I first visited Sharon because I felt incredibly low & ‘stuck’, it was as if all that could or would make me smile was blocked inside of me. I’m attuned to Reiki but couldn’t feel the connection, I was totally lost. My 1st treatment was a Reiki treatment with crystals, all I remember is that I fell asleep, something I was struggling to do each & every night. I went back the following week for more crystal Reiki and felt that whatever was blocked side of me was being loosened. Sharon gently advised that she thought 2 more sessions were needed and then suggested a Reiki distance healing to re-attune me to the beautiful life force energy that is Reiki. I instinctively knew the re-attunment was going to be a significant breakthrough for me & goodness me it was. I could probably write a book about what happened but for now I want to say that Sharon has been a gift in my life, her gentle, calm, kind way has been a balm that has healed so much within me in such a short space of time… during the distance re-attunment I could feel Sharon by my side & that sums up my experience of her, she gently stands by your side & holds a safe space to just be… it’s a bold statement to make but my life is transformed by the gentle ‘treatments’ Sharon gave. She is a very special, and very gifted lady. My life is more because of meeting her 💜🙏💜

Sharon is a lovely lady who puts you at ease as soon as you meet her. I felt great after 3 sessions but signed up for a further 3 because of the way I felt after reiki. I would definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of having this type of therapy.

I had been in a bad place mentally when a family member recommended Reiki. I was a bit sceptical whether it would make any difference to begin with, but thought why not give it a try. I ended up thinking it was brilliant.
Sharon is such a friendly, warm and caring person to be with. She made me feel completely at ease.
I felt much calmer after the first session. Reiki definitely helped me move forwards from a very bad place to getting back on track with my life. I would highly recommend to anybody. The contrast between me a month or two ago and now is massive. Thank you Sharon for your help. Joe x

Very positive experience, bringing calm and a more balanced feeling to day to day. Also relived tight muscles around the shoulders and neck. Would fully recommend for people to try, alternative therapies often give very surprising results without use of medication. Would encourage anyone to try this most subtle and relaxing form of treatment.
