Attending this appointment has taken me YEARS! Due to my anxiety. I've booked and cancelled and even had a gift voucher from family that I never used. For some reason I just couldn't get myself to go.

I've secretly been a Facebook page stalker for a long time and decided to just give it another go at trying to get myself to go.

I booked & finally made it. And whilst having the treatment started to think and just couldn't believe I had put it off for so long! It was easy, quick, painless and so not this big thing I'd made it out to be in my head!

It wasn't even as cold as I imagined either ! 🤣

Matt stayed present throughout the treatment, helping me into the chamber and out again. Reassuring me and talking me through what happens.

Both Matt and Dom were so helpful and attentive to me and I really appreciated it.

I had the best sleep afterwards !

My son recommended me trying cryotherapy. I've been suffering with sciatica (severe at times) since January 2021.
I had an MRI scan which showed two bulging discs, I had a steroid injection in my spine in January 2023, never a cure!
I've tried physio, osteopath, massage and chiropractor.
I've only had one session with Matt, he talked to me throughout the session with great knowledge. I can feel a definite improvement in my movement and definitely less pain.
I have booked in for three more sessions and I would recommend cryotherapy over any massage. I intend to continue on a monthly basis as maintenance for sciatica.

I was extremely sceptical and pretty nervous about trying something that on the surface seems pretty obscure, however upon arrival being met with very friendly caring and laid back people was a very reassuring beginning to an incredible experience. After being shown around the floatation room with everything being explained to me I was left to enjoy the serene experience of weightless of both body and mind . You have to experience it for yourself, words cannot describe the sensations and or lack there of at the same time I'll call it absolute peace . After the float session the cryotherapy was up next which again bought feelings of scepticism however after hearing other peoples experiences in passing whom were also there for cryotherapy, it was my turn . I have dealt with a huge amount of back pain and can honestly say that even after one session coupled with the float session left me feeling very different indeed , I won't lie and say it's a miracle cure for pain however it definitely helped and I'm very intrigued to see future benefits of future use when I can ! Thank you to the team !

I tried cryotherapy for back pain. I was a bit nervous about booking a session but I was made to feel very welcome and the process was explained fully. After the session I came away feeling great and wondered why I had ever worried about trying it. I booked a second session three days later and my back pain has gone. I have also noticed that a long term knee issue has also greatly improved. I highly recommend Lincolnshire Cryotherapy & Floatation.

My first float was a lovely experience from walking through the door and being made to feel welcome to leaving and being asked how I found it. Staff/owners were so nice. Facilities were great & everywhere really clean. Any fears I had of feeling claustrophobic in the pod were addressed and I felt in control of my float. A great experience, and for me, better muscle and mind relaxation than a massage

I had my first Cryotherapy session and I highly recommend. If you've been thinking about it; go for it!! The team are fantastic and talk you through everything, taking you step by step and making you feel so comfortable the whole way through. It's painless, shocking in an exhilarating way and helped me with my aches and pains no end. The result was instant with my problem back. I've booked in for another three sessions and looking forward to feeling the continued benefits. Great value for money.
I've also done the float tank experience and found that so relaxing. It was so nice to take some time for myself and just switch off from everything. I've booked another one of those as well and will be making it a regular thing to help with my well being.

I have had two cryo sessions so far and have been made to feel at ease , welcomed and listened to. Straight after the sessions I have felt less pain from my back and I have also noticed an improvement in my overall sense of wellbeing both physical and mental. Can’t wait to try the floatation either !
