A very shocking experience experienced by my father 84 . Queued at 11.45 on Saturday. A staff member came outside at 11.55 and advised probably wouldn't be served as shut at 12.. As 'we don't get paid after 12`.. Disgusting

Rude assistants and I was given someone else’s prescription by a bolshy member of staff wanting to berate me over something that was not my fault. Following up with this as I need my tablets in the morning and you can have the wrong ones back.

Ridiculously slow service and waiting times. Queued for over 30 minutes to collect a prescription. Numerous occasions prescriptions have not been ready.

A very unpleasant trip to this pharmacy today. The lady in there was extremely rude and ended up leaving to go elsewhere. Won't be using this pharmacy again.

I’m surprised to see such negative reviews , my 87 year old mum has used this pharmacy for years . They go out of their way to help her with her medication.
