If only there was any higher than 5 stars!
I went to see Jenna at BigBox as I wanted to see how my body was coping after having my little girl. I was late by 10 minutes and Jenna was so kind and understanding. I was really nervous at first but as soon as I walked in a spoke to Jenna I instantly felt so calm as she was so kind and reassuring. She explained to me what the process involved, the different markets we would be testing and the turn around time but which I was amazed was literally like 24 hours! Saved me waiting on the nhs for weeks on end 🫨. I will definitely be going back for more tests done as I really want to know how healthy I aim on the inside. So Jenna from the bottom of my heart thank you for being kind and patient with me ❤️ see you soon!
