Where to start. In need of some me time to de stress and with a torn calf injury I decided to arrange a visit to lifestream wellness. After a conversation about my health and wellbeing I was advised that I would be able to benefit from cryotherapy. Having never used it before and only ever seeing online I was slightly apprehensive. Everything was explained in detail and feeling reassured I gave it a go. The chamber itself is like a shower cubicle just colder. With clear explanations and expectations I went in and was constantly checked to make sure I was happy. I was also kept informed of how long I’d been in. If at any point I wanted I could open the door and get out. After 3 minutes I was wrapped in a very lovely warm blanket and felt amazing. It was suggested to go for another three minutes so after a five minute warm up I went in for round 2 and after 5 minutes had enough and came out again to be wrapped in a warm fur blanket which was huge and lovely. Feeling incredibly alive and invigorated with my torn calf also feeling no pain or discomfort I had a massage which again was professionally done and could feel all of life’s knots and tension being worked out of me. To finish off my indulgence I tried cupping for the first time which again was explained in detail what to expect and the benefits and laid down. As a nervous person I was apprehensive about this but was made to feel very comfortable and as the first cup went on I began to relax. A while later as these came off I felt a new me.
Independently all of these treatments were amazing and made me feel invigorated, energised and took away stresses and strains along with my injured calf feeling incredible too.
I will not hesitate in recommending this centre or any of these treatments for those with any injuries or stresses or just wanting some self care time.

Loved my float!! Great gift and super friendly owner, I've booked to go again, FYI the water is NOT cold, the 1hr seems to go by so quickly and perfect silent dark environment to meditate weighlessly

Friendly owner and lovely floating experience overall. My one complaint is that when I booked the experience on Groupon, it said it would be a 1-hr session, which I expected to mean 1hr of floating (I've done research into other facilities & their 1-hr sessions are 1hr of actual floating time). Instead, it was only 30min of floating time - the other 30min was spent showering before and after the float while filling and draining the pod. This was fine for the Groupon price, but paying full price would mean paying literally over twice the price as other places since full price is a tad more than Floatworks for example and you get half the time. I also felt like I was just barely relaxing into it when the session ended so I could definitely have used the extra 30min.

Having experienced a lower back pull due to a work related injury I was in constant low to mid level pain throughout the day. I tried alot of the over counter medications such as hot/cold pads, tigerbalm ect to no avail. Having being recommended by a friend who had experienced amazing results by using the cryotherapy machine for his muscular pains I did some research and finally I visited the livestream floatation & wellness centre. The owner was very welcoming and took time out to explain about the benefits of cryo. After 2 3 minute sessions I managed to eliminate my back problem entirely. The owner was very knowledgeable and offered advise on streches that i should undertake. I've had a extremely positive experience not only have i manage to cure my back aches but I've managed to make a friend. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone with any pains to give them a call to discuss options. They offer multiple packages to suit everyone and have the best prices I've managed to find. I had a full body cryo which only the the top athletes use for recovery.

Floatation tank was very relaxing and staff were very friendly and informed. The tank filled up during my time to get ready, which was very comfortable because I knew only I will be in that water

Waited outside for 30mins for a pre-booked appointment, no phone call or messages from staff to advise of delays. No one was picking up my calls either. Disappointing, absolute waste of my morning.
