I Show respect and that’s what I get back, considering the amount of people they have to serve just for prescriptions doesn’t bear thinking about, sadly I've witnessed appalling verbal behaviour towards staff at their busiest time so expect a few minutes waiting time! I now go at the quieter times of day and always receive great customer service. 5* people and thanks for the service.

My personal experience of this pharmacy has been excellent. I stay near Leiston on a weekly basis as I am fortunate to have a 2nd home nearby. I neglected to pick up a prescription from my local pharmacy near Ely but was able to arrange a script to be sent to leiston. Arrived on the Saturday morning and whilst there had my springtime Covid vaccination.This was administered by Emmanuel who was thoroughly professional and struck me as very caring and a credit to his profession, he reassured me I could come in at any time and seek their advice, I left feeling reassured and pleasantly surprised. A week later the Pharmacy rang me at home and asked how I was getting on with my medication! I was amazed, I’ve never been asked by my local pharmacy in 25 years how I’m getting on with my medication. So, absolute 5 stars for them and just to reaffirm my rating I am a qualified Psychiatric Nurse and a qualified General Nurse and practiced for over 40 years in my profession. Well done

Really expensive, I usually buy co codomol from Aldeburgh but was in leiston. £2.85 in Aldeburgh, £7.00 in leiston, exactly the same box. What a rip off

Found out my 4yr old had asthma on Thursday. Pharmacy was sent prescription Thursday late afternoon but we went to pick it up Friday morning. They gave us half the prescription and they told us to come back Friday evening for the rest, went back Saturday morning to give them more time they told me come back Monday. They also said if they hadn’t given us half the prescription already we could have gone somewhere else…what use is that information now?
Just went in 2pm Monday and they said they’ve just ordered it to come tomorrow. Meanwhile 4year old child can’t breath and can’t sleep because it sounds like she’s coughing up a lung. Absolutely disgusting.

They are rubbish. Told us to order my 2 months baby milk 5 days before so they can make sure they have it we ordered it a week before hand. To go there to say they didn’t place the order. When our daughter is out of milk. And then to get told by one of the worker that our 2 month old daughter will have to hold out till 5 or tomorrow morning. When her next bottle was due at 3. They are disgusting

Excellent service , can't fault politeness of the staff.
Been using them for over 10 years and I can only think of one occasion there has been a problem
Also the opening hours are good
I get a batch of meds almost every 2 weeks sometimes and it's nice people remember your name.

Tried to pick up a prescription item 3 times. I was told specific dates 3 times item would be available to collect and it wasn’t still available. On the third attempt I left my phone number for them to call me when it was available. After waiting two weeks I asked for an alternate medication from my doctors. I never received a phone call either.
