Honestly never spoken to someone so unprofessional, I called regarding an appointment and it took 20 mins for the phone to stop ringing through and cutting off. The at 9:20 someone answers all flustered like I just woke them up, then said to give them a minute why they just logged in. After I waited, they was really unhelpful and offered me no advice or help. I'm pretty certain someone was late and then couldn't be bothered to help me. Wish I could give no stars on this review.

Tried to call 111, after 2.5 hrs of being on hold I decided to go to walk in centre. Lady at the reception was sitting in 3 metres distance didn't even try to help just said to keep calling 111 as it is not a walk in centre and when I said that I googled it and this clinic came up she said they are trying to remove this I information from the website.

Went to the out of hours dentist, cant thank them enough they are absolutely amazing I was always having a panic attack at the thought of going to the dentist but for the first time in years I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable , would recommend 100% thankyou so much
