I was waiting for the therapist to come in to the video call with at the the time specified and then there didnt seem to be anyone available to undertake the video call im not sure whether it was due to something coming up at short notice or maybe a few technical glitches had occured but i just simply aborted the call in the end and decided this wasnt the best time to access support from this service i think it may need more staff to undertake video calls i wouldn't recommend this service to people if they dont have compaptible devices to be able to benefit from using the groups and if they feel there are to many issues ariseing
with this service i strongly encourage people to give feedback and speak to staff or be signposted if that isn't an option id opt to use another service there maybe marketing and signposting issues with leeds mental wellbeing services which has constituted to me looking elsewere for support.

The NHS
Three times over a year I had panic attacks..Some thought it was not a serious event.On one occasion I was. Forgotten about for 7 hours..

The NHS was poor. Arogant NHS managers... inexperienced young nurses....
The best line was "there is nothing more we can do"

Financial ...Brexit....Pandemic.....Cost of living crisis...world areas in crisis ..at water.....
The recent. Country file program showed how the NHS often is inadequate.by passing the buck.My private advice..very good....the NHS gp service..prescription ..appalling.....
I still suffer anxiety and have an illness. that. is hereditary. but. CBT does help me.....managing my cognitive behaviour is advisable.
NATURE HELPS...SPENDING TI'ME.OUTSIDE.

If I could rate it a zero I would. Abusive, discrimination and stigmatised. Service users blamed for the massive failures of so called staff and then they attempt to cover it up. I would still be breathing and alive if they had done their job! Disgusting behaviour from them! Papertrail left!

Kind and helpful staff in both wings. Access to the building requires a bit of help but there are clear signs everywhere. Lovely warm professional team.

rang and the women on the one was like 'what do you want' and while i was trying to explain she mid way said 'ok and what do u want me to do about it'. i asked her to put me through to the team and she literally put the phone down? get better reception staff

Absolutely rubbish. The amount of times I’ve rung and mental health nurse never rings back.
